Retreat Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2025

Booking a retreat is a powerful commitment to yourself, your wellbeing, and the space we create together. In turn, it requires dedication, preparation, and upfront costs on my side to make it all possible.

1. Registration, payment & deposit

  • Registration for the retreat is final upon receipt of the registration form and the course fee deposit.
  • In case of late payment, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the registration.
  • Each deposit paid is a non-refundable registration fee. It secures your place and contributes to the planning and preparation of the retreat experience.

2. Cancellation & refunds

  • Up to 60 days before the retreat start date: Full refunds of the balance payment will be issued, less the standard deposit.
  • Between 60 and 14 days before the retreat: 70% of the balance payment will be refunded, minus the deposit.
  • Within 14 days of the retreat: No refunds will be issued.

We are unable to offer refunds or credit for any reason, including personal emergencies, illness, changes in circumstance, weather, travel delays, or for guests who fail to attend, arrive late, or leave early.

3. If the organizer cancels the retreat

If the retreat needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit, which may be transferred to a future retreat.

Please note: the organizer is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation, including flights, accommodation, or loss of work.

4. Travel Insurance

I highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellation, travel interruptions, and medical emergencies.

5. Program and changes

  • The retreat program is subject to change. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the program if necessary.
  • Participants will be informed in advance of any changes to the program.

6. Responsibility and liability

  • Participants are responsible for their health and well-being during the course. If you have any doubts about participating, it is recommended to consult a doctor beforehand.
  • The organizer is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss of personal property during the course, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
  • The participant is liable for any damage they cause to the organizer's property, the facility, or other participants during the course. The costs of repair or replacement will be charged to the participant who caused the damage.

7. Photography & Filming

A professional photographer may be present during the retreat to capture the energy, beauty, and essence of our shared experience. These images and videos may be used to support the visibility of future retreats and offerings.

By attending, you acknowledge and agree that all rights to the visual content captured during the retreat belong to Martina Salad. Participants will not have claim to ownership, use, or distribution of this material.

That said, your comfort matters deeply. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, you will have the opportunity to opt out. Your choice will be fully respected, and we will ensure that no identifiable images of you are used.

By registering for this retreat, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions as described above.
