Bloom is a 12-week progressive yoga journey created to help you build a sustainable practice.

Each week is intentionally designed to take you deeper — in your body, your mind, and your connection to self.

You won’t need to decide what to practice. You simply arrive, follow the structure, and allow the process to unfold.

Not at all! Bloom is designed for complete beginners and those with a little experience. I always offer plenty of variations so you can make each pose your own.

You'll receive 12 short videos (10–20 minutes) as a complement to the main classes. These are designed to become part of your daily routine: a morning practice, an evening wind-down, a meditation to return to throughout the week, or a focused flexibility session.

Each session is 60 minutes.

Forever. You will receive lifetime access to all 36 sessions (24 classes + 12 bonus videos).

You can move through the course at your own rhythm. Because everything is recorded, you can catch up anytime and continue building your practice without pressure.

Once you complete your payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details and a link to access your classes.

All you need is a yoga mat and a quiet space where you can move comfortably. It can also be useful to have two yoga blocks or sturdy books, a blanket, and a pillow or bolster for the Yin sessions.
