Not at all! Bloom is designed for complete beginners and those with a little experience. I'll offer plenty of variations so you can make each pose your own, and you'll never be left behind.

No problem. All live classes are recorded and shared with you afterward. You can practice at your own pace and revisit the sessions anytime. You’ll have lifetime access to all materials.

Each week you'll receive one short video (10–20 minutes) as a complement to the live classes. These may include a guided meditation, breathing practice, posture breakdown, or focused mobility session. They are designed to deepen your understanding and keep you connected between live classes.

Each live session is 60 minutes. We practice every Monday and Wednesday from 18:00–19:00 (UK time) via Google Meet.

Forever. You will receive lifetime access to all 36 sessions (24 live classes + 12 bonus videos).

You can move through the course at your own rhythm. Because everything is recorded, you can catch up anytime and continue building your practice without pressure.

Once you complete your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the practical details.

Before the course begins, you’ll be sent the Google Meet link for the live sessions, along with information on how to access the recordings and bonus videos.

On class days, simply click the link a few minutes before 18:00 (UK time) and join from your space.

A yoga mat, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space where you can move comfortably. It can also be useful to have two yoga blocks or sturdy books, a blanket, and a pillow or bolster for the Yin sessions.

Spots are limited to keep the space focused and personal. This allows me to guide you clearly and maintain a supportive group dynamic.
