Our secret venue is a peaceful hilltop villa just 20 minutes from Málaga Airport, set in the beautiful Andalusian countryside.

Surrounded by lush greenery and stunning 360-degree views of the mountains and sea, it’s a place where you’ll arrive, feel immediately at home, and never want to leave.

The finca blends traditional Andalusian charm with modern comfort,
offering cozy rooms, two pools, a jacuzzi and steam bath, a small gym, a huge living room, a beautiful yoga studio, and a stunning outdoor platform with sea views, perfect for sunrise yoga, dining, relaxing, or stargazing.

Mijas village is only a 10-minute drive away, with its traditional white houses and charming atmosphere that embody the beauty of Andalusian traditions.

Yoga & meditation

Start each day in silence, followed by meditation and a wonderful sunrise yoga session, to energize and awaken the body.

End your day with a gentle Yin yoga session, grounding yourself and embracing stillness. 
 
In this retreat, you will find accessible yoga practices for all levels. We’ll move slowly, pause to notice, and focus on how each pose feels rather than how it looks.

Workshops & experiences

Immerse yourself in inspiring workshops: from the art of self-facial massage and gua sha, to the vibrant experience of paella cooking, and the peaceful practice of meditative drawing.

Explore the magic of the Andalusian culture with a walk to the picturesque village of Mijas, where the vibrant rhythms of flamenco will awaken your spirit.

Relaxation

End your day with a gentle Yin yoga session, grounding yourself and embracing stillness.

Some evenings we’ll deepen the relaxation with Yoga Nidra or a soothing Soundbath, to restore your inner calm. You will sleep like a baby!

Each afternoon, from around 13:30 to 17:30, sink into free time to truly unwind, whether floating in the pool, melting into the warmth of the sauna or jacuzzi, or receiving a soothing massage.

Food that uplifts and nourishes

Our private chef brings her passion for creating meals that nourish the body and uplift the spirit.

The menu will be vegetarian, with every dish made from scratch with care and creativity, offering a revitalising culinary experience.

Meals include a complete brunch and a delicious dinner. Prepared using organic, wholesome ingredients, each dish celebrates vibrant flavors and colors. 

Special dietary requirements can be accommodated upon request.

Martina Salad is a Thai massage therapist, Yoga, and AcroYoga instructor with over 10 years of experience.

Trained in Thailand and India under international masters, she has traveled globally to deepen her expertise.

Her mission is to offer a safe space where individuals can explore, feel, play, and transform. Her teachings are imbued with care, clarity, compassion, presence, and kindness.

Martina firmly believes that each student needs to feel empowered to practice in a way that feels authentic and fulfilling. Her teaching approach is inclusive and therapeutic, encouraging you to personalise each practice as your unique journey.

Step 1: Complete the registration form

Fill out the registration form on this page with your details and preferences.

Step 2: Confirm your spot

Complete your 500€ deposit to secure your place at the retreat. Your spot will be officially reserved once payment is received. The deposit is non-refundable.

Step 3: Pay the remaining balance

The remaining balance is due 12 weeks before the retreat begins.

Step 4: Get ready for your retreat

Look out for a confirmation email with everything you’ll need to prepare for your retreat.

How to get there

Departure: Sunday 7th of June 11am after breakfast


To reach the venue, fly into Malaga Airport, which is about a 20-minute drive. A taxi from the airport costs around 50€.

There is also a train available from Malaga airport to Fuengirola for 5€ which takes about 40 minutes. When you arrive in Fuengirola, take a taxi for about 15€ to reach the venue.

You can also hire a car from the airport and make your way to the retreat. We will set up a WhatsApp chat beforehand to connect people traveling to the venue.

This welcoming space features two swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a steam bath, a small gym, comfortable rooms, a dedicated yoga studio with sea views, and peaceful outdoor terrace perfect for sunrise yoga, dining, relaxing, or star-gazing; everything you need to feel at home and unwind in comfort

I recommend packing comfortable clothing for yoga and relaxation, swimwear for the pools and jacuzzi, a light jacket or sweater for cooler evenings, sunscreen, toiletries, reusable water bottle, and any personal items you may need.

If you have a favorite yoga mat, feel free to bring it, although mats and props are available at the venue.

I send out a packing list before each retreat.

Meals at our yoga retreats are vegetarian, nourishing, and designed to complement the yoga experience. We focus on organic, locally sourced ingredients to support both body and mind.

We happily accommodate dietary preferences, including vegan, gluten-free, and others—please inform us of any specific needs when booking so we can prepare accordingly.

Absolutely! Many people attend yoga retreats solo, and it’s a great opportunity to meet like-minded individuals in a supportive environment. Many have left with new friends!

We create a welcoming community, and our retreat activities are designed to encourage connection.

You’ll also have your own space when you need it, so you can engage as much or as little as you’d like.

Yes, every activity is an invitation; you can join whatever feels right for you. You don’t need to participate in everything, but the retreat really comes alive through everyone’s engagement and contribution.
