More than a decade ago, I left the path that was expected of me and stepped into a way of living that felt more aligned: a life rooted in freedom, health, presence, and community.

My journey led me to intensive training in Thailand and India, and over the past decade, I've had the privilege of working with thousands of people, helping them reconnect with their bodies and find more ease in their lives.

My teaching style is inclusive and intuitive, rooted in supporting you to find your own authentic way of moving and being. Whether in a class, retreat, or one-on-one, my intention is to help you feel safe, seen, and truly at home within yourself.
