In my yoga classes, we move slowly, pause to notice, breathe deeply, and connect with the sensations that arise. While alignment and form matter, I focus on how a pose feels, not how it looks. It’s not about copying the teacher—it’s about empowering you to practice in a way that feels authentic to you.

My teaching is somatic, therapeutic, and empowering. This journey is about grounding, awareness, and learning your body’s unique language so you can feel at home in it.

Expect a grounded, gentle, and progressive journey where the basics matter, and you're never left behind. I’ll guide you with clear cues and offer variations to suit your needs, giving you space to explore, feel, and play, using your body as a powerful tool for self-discovery.
