Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for movement, such as yoga or athletic wear. Thai massage involves a lot of stretching, so flexibility in your clothing is important.

Unlike oil-based massages, Thai massage is performed over clothing and incorporates dynamic stretches and rhythmic pressure along the body’s energy lines. It is often described as “assisted yoga.”

Many people feel deeply relaxed, more flexible, and re-energized after a session. Some may experience mild soreness, similar to after a good workout, which usually fades quickly.

Sessions typically last 60 to 90 minutes, but shorter or longer options may be available depending on your needs.
