As a yoga teacher, I believe in creating a connection with my students not just through words, but through mindful touch.

Touch is a somatic language. It speaks directly to the body, guiding us out of the thinking mind and into the realm of felt experience, into the truth of physical sensation.

I discovered in Thai Massage a profound way to tap into my intuition. Through my hands, I cultivate a therapeutic touch infused with care, compassion, presence and kindness.

Thai massage is an ideal complement to any sports or movement practice. It also helps alleviate discomfort resulting from poor posture or repetitive movements

My approach

My approach is intuitive, compassionate, and entirely personalised: each session is crafted to meet the unique needs of the individual, never following a fixed sequence.

I combine traditional Thai techniques, pressures, mobilisations, stretches, and abdominal massage, with modern approaches such as Dynamic Thai Massage and Osteothai.

This blend has helped many people relieve physical and emotional discomfort, leaving them feeling renewed after the session. Many people describe it as ‘a reset for the nervous system.’

What to expect from a session?

Welcome

From the moment you arrive, you will be welcomed into a peaceful space designed for deep relaxation. We will begin with a short conversation over herbal tea, where I will explain the principles of Thai massage and invite you to set an intention for your session.

Release

You will then lie down in comfortable clothing on a soft mat as I guide you into stillness with breath awareness. Using ancient Thai massage techniques, gentle pressure, rhythmic movements, and assisted stretches, I will help release tension and restore balance in your body.

Care

Each session is fully customized to your needs, whether you seek deep relaxation, relief from stiffness, or a renewed sense of vitality. The experience will end with a moment of stillness, allowing your body to absorb the benefits, feeling lighter, more open, and deeply relaxed.

Thai massage is a traditional healing practice that combines pressure, assisted stretching, and gentle rocking to release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being.

Sessions are typically performed fully clothed on a futon on the floor. The treatment covers the entire body, from toes to head, providing relaxation, peace, and overall well-being.

Pressure is applied using fingers, hands, feet, or elbows, following the body's energy lines. Slow and deep stretches, similar to yoga poses, are performed to release potential blockages and increase flexibility. Fluid and rhythmic harmonic movements, including gentle rocking and joint mobilizations, encourage tension release, enhance mobility, and evoke deep relaxation. It is often described as “assisted yoga.”

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for movement (think about your pijama). Thai massage involves a lot of stretching, so flexibility in your clothing is important.

Unlike oil-based massages, Thai massage is performed over clothing, with no oil. The sessions take place on a typical Thai futon on the ground, not on a massage table.

Many people feel deeply relaxed, more flexible, and re-energized after a session. Some may experience mild soreness, similar to after a good workout, which usually fades quickly.

My sessions typically last 90 minutes, but longer options up to 120 minutes may be available depending on your needs.
