Once you complete the form and payment, you’ll receive a welcome email with your link to access all the classes and the workbook—your journey can begin right away! Classes are hosted on a private YouTube playlist. You can join easily from your computer, tablet, or phone.

Not at all! My classes are open to everyone, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. I’ll offer plenty of options so you can make each pose your own.

All you really need is a yoga mat and some comfortable clothes. For the Yin classes it might be useful to have 2 blocks or sturdy books, a blanket, several pillows or a bolster and a journal.

IMPORTANT: Make sure you have a comfortable and relaxing place to
practice without distractions as this will enhance your results.

All classes were recorded live on Zoom in an intimate, real-time setting. While the video quality is simple and unedited, the sound is clear and easy to follow, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience. These are not polished studio recordings, but rather heartfelt transmissions, just as they happened.
