In Coming Home, we’ll move slowly, pause to notice, take deep breaths, and connect with the sensations that arise in the practice. While alignment and form are important, this course emphasizes how a pose feels, not how it looks.
It’s not about copying the teacher, it’s about empowering you to practice in a way that feels authentic to you.
The Coming Home programme has really changed me. My days now begin more peacefully, my mind is quieter, my body a little more flexible, and my heart feels full. I used to be very critical of my body’s limitations, but Martina’s non-judgmental approach helped me let go of that. I often lie in stillness after class, soaking in the overwhelming peace. Yoga is now a vital part of my life, and that’s all thanks to Martina.
