Hi, I'm Martina!

For over ten years, I’ve followed a path shaped by movement, presence, and trust in the body’s wisdom. Now I hold space for others to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and move in ways that feel both nourishing and authentic.

My vision

Have you ever felt a gentle yearning to reconnect with something deeper within yourself? Perhaps life has felt a little too full, a little too fast, leaving you feeling disconnected from your own body.

I understand. My journey has been one of continuously finding my way back to that essential connection, and it's from this place of understanding that I guide you to explore your own path.

I imagine a world where we move at the pace of breath. Where the body is not something to be fixed, but listened to. Where presence becomes our power, and softness our strength.

My vision is to create spaces where people can slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with their breath, their body, their truth. A space where Yoga becomes medicine, and practice becomes a path home.

My story

When everything began to shift

I am a free soul, passionate about life and living it to the fullest.

I’ve always been curious about how we live, and what happens when we choose a different rhythm. Not the Monday-to-Friday kind of life, but something more in tune with nature, the body, and a deeper sense of freedom.

I found that through yoga. First as a student, then as a guide.

That path led me to study in Thailand, India, and across the world, learning from teachers rooted in tradition and presence.

From personal healing to shared practice

Yoga gave me clarity, made space for what nourishes me, and helped me let go of what doesn’t serve my growth and expansion. Through yoga, I found my purpose and the courage to believe in my path .

The deeper I went, the clearer my purpose became. What began as personal healing grew into a devotion to share this work with others.

Now, I don’t guide people to move like me, I guide them to remember how to move like themselves.

How I work

I offer a slow-paced, progressive journey guided by breath, sensation, and steady foundations. Each session starts with simplicity, repeats practices mindfully, and layers new elements gently. You’ll learn not just how to pose, but how to breathe, sense, and live aligned.

Every person carries their own history, pace, and way of healing. I meet people with care, creating a space where your process is respected, not rushed. A space that feel safe, compassionate, and human. My intention is always to meet you with clarity, presence, and respect.

Inclusion

Welcoming every body, every background, and every way of being. Guiding with humility, making yoga accessible for all. I teach in a way that invites you to stay close to your breath and your sensations. There’s no need to prove anything. What matters is that you feel alive as you move.

Playfulness

Inviting lightness, joy, and curiosity into the journey. Because healing doesn’t have to be heavy. Laughter, curiosity, and lightness help us soften. When we release the pressure to “get it right,” we create space for our nervous systems to settle and our bodies to learn with joy.
