For over ten years, I’ve followed a path shaped by movement, presence, and trust in the body’s wisdom. Now I hold space for others to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and move in ways that feel honest and alive.

Hi! I’m Martina Salad.

Have you ever felt a quiet tug, a gentle yearning to slow down, to reconnect with something deeper within yourself? Perhaps life has felt a little too full, a little too fast, leaving you feeling stretched thin or disconnected from your own body.

I understand. My journey has been one of continuously finding my way back to that essential connection, and it's from this place of understanding that I invite you to explore your own path.

My Story

When everything began to shift in my life.

For years, I felt out of rhythm with the life I was living. I tried to follow routines that numbed me, jobs that drained me, and ways of being that asked me to ignore my body’s signals.

Yoga opened a door. Through breath and movement, I began to feel myself again. I started letting go of habits that dulled me and following what brought clarity and aliveness.

That path led me to study in Thailand and India, learning from teachers rooted in tradition and presence.

From personal healing to shared practice.

The deeper I went, the clearer my purpose became. What began as personal healing grew into a devotion to share this work with others. I trained extensively, not just to deepen my own understanding, but to support others with care and clarity.

Over time, this turned into a full-time path—teaching classes, guiding retreats, and offering one-on-one support. I now also train other professionals, passing on the principles and practices that shaped me. This work continues to evolve, but its heart stays the same: presence, connection, and a deep curiosity for each person's unique path.

My Values

My greatest joy is guiding individuals back to the quiet strength and wisdom that already resides within. I believe true well-being doesn't come from rigid routines or chasing external ideals. We nurture it by fostering a loving, honest relationship with yourself, moving authentically from the inside out, and discovering the profound freedom that comes from being present in your own skin.

Every person carries their own history, pace, and way of healing. I meet people with care, not urgency—offering a space where your process is respected, not rushed.

Presence over performance.

I teach in a way that invites you to stay close to your breath, your sensations, and your experience. There’s no need to prove anything. What matters is that you feel connected as you move.

Laughter, curiosity, and lightness help us soften. When we release the pressure to “get it right,” we create space for our nervous systems to settle and our bodies to learn with joy.
