Once you register, you’ll receive a link and instructions via email. You can join easily from your computer, tablet, or phone.

Not at all! My classes are open to everyone, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. I’ll offer plenty of options so you can make each pose your own.

All you really need is a yoga mat and some comfortable clothes. If you have blocks, a blanket, or a cushion, feel free to bring them—but don’t worry if you don’t!
