Yoga & Meditation

Start the day in silence, followed by meditation and dynamic Hatha-Vinyasa. Martina's classes emphasize mindful movement and self — slowing down, tuning in, and moving in a way that feels right for your body.

Workshops

Enjoy a hands-on paella workshop, a visit to the village of Mijas, partner yoga, and special sessions like Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath. These moments add depth, connection, and playfulness to your journey.

Rest & Relaxation

Let your body rest and your mind slow down. Take swims in the pool, enjoy quiet moments in the spa, or stretch out with a book under the sun. Each evening closes with calming practices to help you settle fully into rest.

The Location

Welcome to Dragonfly House, a magical retreat centre in the heart of Southern Spain.

The retreat center is a small piece of paradise, offering a tranquil setting for self-reflection, transformation, and relaxation. Created with love, every aspect of your stay is designed to inspire and support you.

The retreat accommodates a maximum of 21 people, ensuring a small and intimate group where I can provide personalized attention to all guests. The venue, surrounded by mountains and olive trees, creates a magnificent natural oasis of calm.

Our private chef, Danielle, brings a passion for creating meals that nourish the body and uplift the spirit. Expect vibrant, plant-rich dishes prepared with love. Most meals are vegetarian, with organic ingredients and one fish-based dinner. Dietary needs are welcome.

I want you to feel fully prepared and excited for your Endless Summer retreat experience. Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions I receive. If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Your retreat package includes comfortable accommodations, daily meals, a variety of guided activities and workshops, and full access to on-site amenities. Airport transfers are not included.

The retreat centre is situated about 15 minutes from the city of Antequera, in the heart of southern Spain. It’s also close to natural attractions like El Torcal and Caminito Del Rey, and about an hour from the beach. The enchanting cities of Seville and Granada are also nearby. This location offers a tranquil setting surrounded by spectacular mountain scenery.

Dragonfly House is located just 15 minutes from the city of Antequera in the heart of southern Spain.

By Air:
The nearest major airport is Málaga Airport, approximately one hour away by car. Seville and Granada airports are also within reach. From any airport, you can rent a car or arrange a transfer to Antequera.

By Train or Bus:
Antequera is well-connected to major cities like Málaga, Seville, and Granada via train and bus. From Antequera, you can take a taxi or arrange a pick-up to reach the retreat centre.

By Car:
If you are driving, set your GPS for Antequera and follow local directions to Dragonfly House. We are also close to popular landmarks such as El Torcal and Caminito Del Rey, which can help guide your route.

If you need assistance with directions or transfers, please feel free to reach out!

I recommend packing comfortable clothing for yoga and relaxation, swimwear for the pools and jacuzzi, a light jacket or sweater for cooler evenings, sunscreen, toiletries, and any personal items you may need. If you have a favorite yoga mat, feel free to bring it, although mats and props are available at the venue.
